Where are you located?

Our herbalists and nutritionists work remotely across Canada. Our counsellors work 1:1, by Zoom, or by phone, and acupuncturists offer 1:1 in-person support in the East Vancouver area.

Booking an Appointment

How do I schedule an appointment?

Please fill out the contact form below. While we make every effort to respond to last-minute requests, we generally expect a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Waiting List

Once you submit your contact form, you will be informed if your counsellor or practitioner has a waiting list.

Sliding Scale and Subsidy Programs

Am I eligible for the herbal medicine and clinical counselling subsidy programs and or sliding scale program?

Everyone is welcome to apply for the sliding scale and subsidy program. Applicants are required to provide a current copy of the notice of assessment (NOA) from CRA.

How do I apply for the sliding scale and subsidy program?

Please start by filling out the contact form below. Someone will reach out to you within 48 hours.

What can I expect once I submit my application?

The applicant's status will be reassessed each year. A patient will be required to reapply with a current NOA from CRA.
